LIGHT LANGUAGE RETREAT POLICY

As part of your acceptance and reservation for the Light Language Retreat you understand and agree to all terms and conditions as per the following. If you are travelling for this event, travel insurance is highly recommended for unexpected travel delays, lost baggage or medical costs.

An 'event' refers to workshops, retreats, classes, teacher trainings or any other special events.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • To reserve your spot, a non-refundable payment in full or $400 deposit is to be made and full balance is due 4 weeks prior to event, unless a payment plan has been arranged, in which case balance is due as per the payment plan conditions. 

  • If full payment is not received by the above terms, your spot at the retreat may be forfeited with no refunds or transfer of credit. 

  • All prices are charged in AUD.

  • Please read carefully these terms and conditions before signing up.​​

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 31 days before the event, 100% of your payment is refunded, minus booking fees.

  • Less than 31 days. Any cancellation during this period is non-refundable. You can transfer your credit to any future training with no time limit, subject to availability.

  • Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

Sunshine Coast Reiki/Abigail Ricker are not responsible for any damage/theft of luggage and personal items.

SUNSHINE COAST REIKI CANCELLATION POLICY

If SUNSHINE COAST REIKI/ABIGAIL RICKER must cancel a booked event date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another event, or you may request a full refund from us.

SUNSHINE COAST REIKI/ABIGAIL RICKER is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled event, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event that there are restrictions in place or lockdowns due to Covid and you are unable to attend a training/retreat you are able to transfer to a future retreat.

WAIVER & RELEASE 

  • SUNSHINE COAST REIKI/ABIGAIL RICKER is not liable for any personal items lost during the event period.

  • Note that yoga/yin yoga/qi gong is a physical activity. SUNSHINE COAST REIKI/ABIGAIL RICKER is not liable for any physical injuries incurred during the event.

  • If you have any previous injuries and illness or if pregnant you are welcome to the LIGHT LANGUAGE RETREAT but should only engage in event program as long as it does not cause any harm. It is recommend to seek medical advice before the event.

  • Participants release images taken in context of health, exercise, yoga and wellness during the LIGHT LANGUAGE RETREAT. The images will be used exclusively by SUNSHINE COAST REIKI/ABIGAIL RICKER to promote future retreats, workshops and trainings.
