In-Person Energy Session

Service Description

This is a deeply personalised 1:1 energy healing session that supports you to release, reconnect and realign. ✨ You can book this as a one-off session, or as part of the Release & Heal Membership – a monthly subscription that includes 1 x Reiki session per month for $95. Blending Reiki (Usui, Holy Fire & Seichim), multidimensional energy work, channelling, Light Language, NLP, and soul guidance — this session becomes whatever you most need in the moment. What to expect: I welcome you into my beautiful space overlooking the water in Wurtulla. Essential oils and high frequency music chosen specifically for you take you quickly into a relaxed state as you lie, fully clothed, on your back on the treatment table, cushioned by the softest and cosiest blankets. It's then time to go on a journey, dictated by your intention for the session. You may experience:
 ✨ A full nervous system reset to bring your body into deep rest and regulation
 ✨ An energetic activation, with new codes and frequencies streaming in
 ✨ Emotional liberation – a powerful process of releasing emotion, inner child healing, and forgiving the past ✨ Past life journeying or multidimensional healing
 ✨ Clarity + direction through intuitive conversation, guidance, and energy insight
 We close the session gently, with space to reflect and pull cards together, anchoring any messages or guidance that want to come through for you. You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to yourself. Sometimes these sessions can bring up emotions or subtle shifts that continue to integrate after you leave. I always recommend allowing yourself some time to ground afterwards, a walk is a great way to do this. Journalling about your experience helps to process what has come up, and nourishing yourself with plenty of water, wholesome food, time in nature, a swim or a bath.
